Free demo first
We encourage every institute to try the live demo and a guided demo before buying, so you know exactly what you get.
Subscription refunds
If you cancel within 15 days of the first payment and before going live with real data, we refund the subscription amount minus any setup, SMS or third-party charges already used. After that, subscription fees are not refundable for the remaining period.
Development projects
Advance payments for website, software or app projects cover work already started and are refundable only for work not yet begun, as set out in your proposal.
How to request
Email us with your institute name and payment details. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days.
